This past week I have been gathering material for a new collage painting that I am creating as well as developing the layout for a possible new print edition. I have an idea for a new collage where I will be incorporating printed material and then painting or printing over the collage. The material that I have been looking at is vast, filling over 20 boxes. I spent the past week going through these boxes, and now I am fine tuning the material that I initially gathered. If all goes well, I will have the collage part of the project finished by the end of this week and then can begin on the painting/printing aspect of the piece.
As for the print, the graphic designer who I am working with is a little busy, so work has been progressing slower that I anticipated. I am hopeful we will finish up the design by the end of this upcoming week. Time will tell.
